 21st&22nd March 2016
MARTIN LINKING is convening the Ergonomics System Design and Practices on 21st&22nd March 2016 in Shanghai.

Seminar Background:
Along with the social development, people's demand for products presents a complex and diverse characteristics, at the same time, domestic labor costs rapidly rising year by year, need to study how to improve the efficiency of man-machine collaboration, reduce the production cost, at the same time, as the only children gradually become the subject of a new generation of labor, put forward higher requirements of factory working conditions, job comfort, therefore, need to fully consider people comfort when designing the factory. So the research and application of ergonomics are becoming more and more important!

Seminar Objectives:
Ergonomics study relationship of multiple factors between human and machine, facilities, tooling and environment, etc. It makes taking account into the most important factor of person when in the design and planning stage of a factory, to fully reduce the fatigue strength of the staff, make staff efficiently carry out production activities in a comfortable work environment. At the same time requires systematically improve on-site management, change the traditional management habits, fully improve working efficiency.
This course introduces how to make the ergonomics system analysis and design, improve the work efficiency and workstation, working environment comfort, to improve the ergonomics problems such as unreasonable phenomenon. At the same time to study how to improve the efficiency of man-machine collaboration.
Training features:
Combine ergonomics system design with technology from the industrial engineering such as man-machine cooperation, joint operations, motion analysis, etc., at the same time will share cases of successful implementation of the ergonomics cases and methods in the course, combining theory and practice to facilitate students in job applications.
